Lions Day at The Camp for The Blind
July 20
Join Lions from across Georgia for a day of fun, fellowship and function.
A full day is scheduled from 8am to 9pm. It is recommended that you reserve your spot at a local Waycross hotel as soon as possible. There are also a limited number for RV hook ups to stay on site.

Sign in and Registration – 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. – location- Gazebo
10:30 am till 11:30 am Memorial Garden Brick Placement Ceremony
10:00 am till 11:30 am Camp Tours will be available
9:15 – 11:00 am– Campers at Climbing Wall
9:15 – 11:00 am – Tandem Cycling-
9:15 – 11:15 am – Join Us at the Horse Arena
11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. – Campers invite all Lions to play “BEEPER KICKBALL” at the Activities Building
12:15-12:30 p.m. – Refresh and Clean-up for Lunch
12:30-1:30 p.m. – Lunch
1:30-3:00 p.m. – A message from the Camp Chairman, Director, and Campers
3:00 pm Camp Board meeting in Camp conference room
3:00-5:00 p.m. Camper Water Relays and Pool
6:00-7:00p.m. Campers will enjoy “Pizza”
7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. – Camper Talent Show-Camper Awards- Reflection Time and end the day with a Sweet Treat.
