Lions Day at Georgia Lions Camp for the Blind

For 50 years, Georgia Lions Camp has been changing lives through the dedication and generosity of Lions across our state. Join us for one of our favorite traditions of the summer—Lions Day 2026!

Meet the campers, get to know staff and volunteers, tour the camp, and see firsthand how your support creates unforgettable experiences for children and adults who are blind or visually impaired.

This year’s event includes:

• Camp tours
• A Memorial Garden Brick Placement Ceremony
• Opportunities to fish and watch campers climb our wall
• A friendly game of Beeper Kickball
• Lunch with campers and staff
• Camper presentations
• An evening pizza dinner and Talent Show

Whether you’re a longtime supporter or visiting for the first time, we’d love to have you celebrate our 50th Anniversary with us. The day is very full- registration begins at 8am, and the day concludes with a camper talent show at 10pm. Lions are encouraged to book an overnight stay at an area hotel as soon as possible.
