SUMMARY:Loop It Up Fundraiser at Sips at The Station
DESCRIPTION:Loop It Up Savannah is a youth arts and educational enrichment organization that brings arts-integrated learning to more than 10\,000 young people across the Savannah area each year. Molly Lieberman is a past featured speaker at our meetings\, and past recipient of Lions Club of Savannah funding. It is our goal to partner with Loop It Up for a future LCI Peace Poster Contest. For more information\, this is the link to their homepage: Loop It Up Savannah – Home\n\n$10 required donation gets an exclusive selection of off-menu hors d’oeurves and a complimentary drink from a special bar menu.\n\nParticipation and support of Loop It Up falls under the LCI service category “Youth Development”. We want to attend fundraising events at Ardsley Station so that Lions Club of Savannah can be featured and we can earn $$$ to donate to the charities that we support. SUMMARY:SCBLV Annual Vision Quest Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Come out to support Lion Lois\, Lion Leslie and our strategic partner in the fight again blindness\, The Savannah Center for the Blind and Low Vision. This is their annual public “state of the union” address\, which will feature guest speakers including someone whose life was changed by their work. \nThis is a ticketed event\, but the tickets are FREE and LIMITED. No tickets at the door\, but Lions have a quick point of contact with Lion Leslie. Email her at Leatherly@savannahcblv.org. \nThe luncheon will be held at the St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Hellenic Center at 14 West Anderson Street. Parking is across the street. Doors open at 11:30\, and the ceremonies start at noon.
