DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Lions as we continue our support for 2nd Harvest of the Coastal Empire. This fulfills our service requirements for the Elimination of Hunger goal set by LCI. \nWhat do we do? Create a conveyor belt of food\, pack boxes for shipment\, and have fun! Usually\, we are in a friendly competition with another Lions Club or service organization. Come help us keep our winning streak alive! \nGloves are optional. There are no chairs on the assembly line\, but benches are by the water fountains and front desk if you need to take a rest.

DESCRIPTION:Please save the date for a special evening celebrating the 50th anniversary of Georgia Lions Camp and the Lions who have helped make 50 years of service possible. \nSaturday\, February 27\, 2027 at 5:30 p.m. \nThe Carter Center\, Atlanta\, Georgia \nTickets are $100 per person and $125 after January 1.\nSponsorship packages are available from $500 to $10\,000. \nThis fundraising event commemorates the 50th anniversary of Governor Jimmy Carter designating state land for use as a camp for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Celebrating this milestone at The Carter Center makes the evening especially meaningful. \nLions and Lions Clubs throughout Georgia are invited to help make this event a success.
