From small projects to big improvements\, every helping hand makes a meaningful difference in creating a safe\, welcoming\, and unforgettable experience for our campers. \nWhat to Expect\n\nYou are welcome to arrive Friday evening to settle in and enjoy fellowship\nWork projects begin Saturday morning\nProjects wrap up Sunday after lunch\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Lions International Environmental Service Week\nOur Spring Work Weekend also takes place during Lions International Environmental Service Week\, making this an even more meaningful opportunity to serve. \nMany of the projects completed during the weekend directly support environmental stewardship through cleanup\, beautification\, and care of our camp’s natural spaces. \n\n\n\n\nVolunteer Projects\nVolunteers will assist with a variety of projects\, including: \n\nGrounds and outdoor cleanup\nPainting and facility improvements\n\nNo special skills are required—just a willingness to help. \n\nMeals and Lodging\nMeals and lodging will be provided. \nTo help us plan appropriately\, please be sure to register in advance for accommodations. DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Lions for a few short hours that will have a major impact on area families.  We will meet at the 2nd Harvest facility on Chatham Parkway at 8:30 for orientation and will pack Disaster Response meal boxes. This will be done on the conveyor belt assembly line- no heavy lifting! We will finish at noon.  Bring gloves if you wish and get ready to have fun!
